Established in 2006 by directors David Hutchison
and Richard Powell, HP Construction operate as
a regional building contractor in predominantly
the industrial, commercial and motor retails
sectors. New build projects valued up to £3
million are procured by either design and build
or traditional methods.

David and Richard are both experienced
contractors Quantity Surveyors and were both
formerly directors of a main contractor in a similar
market.
